Lovely morning swim. Need to get this to 50 lengths by the end of December ❤️🏊🏻‍♀️

Just what I needed today. A fabulous Aqua aerobics class. So much fun 🏊🏻‍♀️

Super proud of myself today. Not feeling my best but still managed to go to the gym. Not the most exciting of workouts but it’s body moving, stretching and lifting so hopefully another step in the right direction.
When I got home a lovely 10 minute dip in the pod. To scared to look at the temperature but it was blooming cold.
Onwards and upwards

First aqua aerobics class done. That was so much fun and I feel fabulous. New pool Eversley Leisure Centre is perfect.

So today I took on a wee little challenge to honour our soldiers on this armistice day. Unfortunately coming out of a flare up I had to take it a little easy. So 500 step ups with 2kg weight in each hand to hammer curls. Not quite the 1000 step ups on 30ins box wearing a 25-20kg vest like my brothers do. But a step in the right direction. ❤️ 🏋🏻‍♂️

Pilates, yoga and tai chi class done - I know I am going to ache in places I didn’t know I had tomorrow. Quick shower then off home for a nice 10 minute dip in the pod at a chilling 8 degrees. The 10 minutes are getting tougher but not do I feel great when I get out.
Now David, where is my hot chocolate ❤️ 🧘🏻‍♀️ 🧊

Let’s face it I am never going to be a Chanel girl. So following Iris Apfel. Just when I think I have enough accessories on- add another.

It goes without saying that I love my jewellery, I love my glasses and I love a good hair decoration/headband. I absolutely love dressing how I feel and being free to express myself. Today I am rocking a bit of a 60s/70s vibe. Bringing out those Autumn colours.

Dress for you, because it makes you happy. In this words of Iris Apfel “to me the worst fashion faux par is to look in the mirror and not see yourself”. I see myself and you what? I’m ok 😘

Nothing like a nice veggie chilli and whole meal pasta to warm you up after. 10minute meditation in the pod.

Cheeky lime and soda for me and pint for David celebrating me being a big girl having my flu jab and Covid booster……. On Friday 13th 😱

Swapped the strawberries for blueberries and added dark choc chips and a splash of honey to ye ole Greek yogurt yum yum yum
