We made slime today!!!
This was so much fun and this little one loved it! However his tracksuit bottoms didn't as they get all over them and I couldn't get the slime out! So my advice put on old clothes as the slime does stick. We put a mat down when making it to safe the carpets.

Not a very clear picture so sorry about that! I was attempting to do some work when this little one asked if he could "work" too! So let him have a go a typing some letters and numbers, while he honestly surprised me by typing the letter V and then saying "I'll be right back!" He then came back with a van and said "V for Van". Never underestimate what your little ones are taking in even when you think they are not listening! Children don't need to be sitting still to listen, they are active learners who have the ability to do and listen.
So definitely recommend your child having a go at using your laptop or computer as it's another learning tool and resource. Obviously please supervise them as anything could happen lol!!!
Bilingual kids!!!
It's so important to speak your mother tongue/language at home and everywhere.
There are so many misconceptions about bilingual kids, like they will not talk as quickly, that they will be behind in their schooling etc don't listen bilingual children use more of their brain and I can tell you with experience that it doesn't delay speech. At school they will always speak English so it's so important that at home you speak your home tongue/language.
As you can hear in this video my son is counting in Italian and English.
Just wanted to share as I have lots of questions about this and wanted to support where I can!

The making of rainbow rice!
My little one has been wanting to make his own rainbow rice so today I put out every coloured rice we have here and he then had a go at mixing them together.

Introducing our sensory bases!!!
These sensory bases are perfect for sensory play. We have 8 bases in total, red, purple, blue, green, pink, yellow, orange and rainbow rice.
The rice sensory bases have been dyed with food colouring each pouch contains 250g of coloured rice ready for your sensory play or playset ups.
Keep them dry and store them in your pouches and they will last a long long time.
Each sensory bases are £3.50 plus post and package.
