THE CROYDON SCHOOL READINESS PROGRAMME IS EXPANDING!

After many, many requests, we are excited to announce that The Croydon School Readiness Programme is expanding!🎉

Our Saturday School is continuing as normal, while we’re now adding exciting new Monday to Friday services for children, families and nurseries.

OUR SERVICES

SATURDAY SCHOOL
Our Saturday School provides personalised, one-to-one learning. Each child receives support tailored to their individual needs and learning goals, while also having the opportunity to develop their social skills, confidence, communication and independence, alongside other children.

MONDAY TO FRIDAY IN-HOME LEARNING & HOMESCHOOLING SUPPORT
Whether your child needs additional support with their academic learning, or you’re looking for someone to support you on your homeschooling journey, our personalised in-home sessions are designed around your child’s individual needs, interests and pace.

SPEECH & LANGUAGE SUPPORT
Building communication, vocabulary, listening and expressive language through fun, age-appropriate activities.

BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT
Helping children understand and manage their behaviour, while supporting parents with positive and practical strategies.

NURSERY SUPPORT & COMPLIANCE
We work directly with nurseries to ensure children are able to access learning, develop and thrive, while supporting practitioners with the knowledge, confidence and practical strategies they need to support every child effectively.

Our nursery support includes activity planning, learning and development, behaviour support, inclusive practice, SEND support, EHCP and SENIF writing, SEND documentation and Ofsted/EYFS compliance.

Building confident, capable learners through purposeful early literacy experiences.📚✏️

Our children have been developing a range of essential School Readiness skills by:
• Writing CVC words.
• Practicing writing their own names with increasing confidence.
• Creating captions to match pictures, strengthening their early writing and communication skills.
• Researching new topics and using their knowledge to produce informative fact pages.
• Taking part in spelling tests to reinforce Phonics, Spellings Patterns, and Word Recognition.

These carefully planned activities support the development of Early Reading, Writing, Language, and Critical Thinking Skills, helping children build the confidence and independence they need for a successful transition to School.

Every mark, word, and sentence is another step towards becoming a confident learner. ✨🌟
