Yoga4Health🤍 The 10 week Yoga program commissioned by NHS. It is a lifestyle medicine program aimed at supporting everyone
✨with stress, anxiety, and low mood;
✨at risk of cardiovascular disease;
✨with pre-diabetic or with Type 2 diabetes;
✨who feels socially isolated or alone;

✨What if the deepest form of Yoga is in finding an understanding for other’s people behaviour? And it truly doesn’t matter what is the reason behind that at all, but what I truly found profound is whether we can develop that sense of understanding without questioning or analysing with our intellectual mind, whether we can rather focus on perception of what is inside of our heart…

This all above cannot be found though without some proper way of looking at yourself first.

Very often we use the phrase “ how others make us feel”, which is totally valid, we feel something, however they don’t do anything to us.
It’s just a deep sign for you there is some work left for you to do… and that is the first step towards exploring the understanding…

That way of approaching to understand is a glimpse of liberation, sense of freedom…the real one.

✨Working with people for people✨

How can we contribute daily to our collective evolution? Whether you have a full-time profession like I do as a yoga teacher and personal trainer, or not, it’s all about giving each other our full attention. I don’t sell “programming” – I can’t relate to that at all. Instead, I like to say I offer openness, honest interaction, and my full attention. Then people can see within themselves their capabilities to take responsibility for who they are and not rely on a program to make them or change them.

My “business” purpose is to pay attention to every interaction I have with someone and how I make them feel afterwards.

I want to give a massive shoutout and gratitude to .uk and his incredible 📸 work 🔝 🙏✨🤍 who is ready to work with you for any occasion!

I’m happy to share that I take photos in my outdoor space, which is available throughout the spring and summer for all my beautiful clients. It’s a real blessing to spend most of my time outdoors with all of you!🙏💪🤍 🪷
