Weβre on the move again! π€£π₯΅
For those of you that donβt know our story, we started the first Personal training studio in the area in a small shop front on Tottenham lane 18years ago.
A few years later we moved across the road to a slightly larger space on the corner of the one way system.
Then a few years after that we moved down the hill to the old post office opposite Hornsey train station.
Pre Covid we moved to a 7000sq foot facility. Post Covid we moved to a 10,000sq foot warehouse. With this move we knew it would only be for a few years until we found our final stop, back on Tottenham lane! π€£
This time next week weβll be moving back to our original stomping ground with a shiny new venue (for a very long lease π).
Thanks to everyone who has followed us all over Haringey and supported us since the beginning, pre and post Covid.

FREE 70 plus rehab fitness class πͺπΌ
Are you or someone you know 70 years old and want to exercise safely? But carrying an Injury or have never exercised in a gym? We run a 70 plus rehab fitness class several times a week.
You will be loosening off tight muscles, building strength, improving posture and bone density and using your cardiovascular system. There is technically no lower age limit, so if you are in your sixties, you can join.
We have PTβs with over 20 years rehab and corrective exercise experience. We have a large gym space in N22 6XG (near the chocolate factory) with lots of parking.

Wow, blink and itβs been 18 years! π
Today we celebrate 18 years in business. From a tiny shop front on Tottenham lane (Crouch End) to a 10,000sq ft Strength and Conditioning facility.
Weβve never been about the quick transformations, weβve always been about the long game, getting stronger, more mobile, improving posture, fitness, injury rehab and prevention. Each year this systems effectiveness becomes visible in the Christmas 5 day boot camp, where we see some of our longest standing members still getting stronger, fitter, more mobile and hitting personal bests!
