I've lost 21kg on weight loss injections. Here's the part nobody talks about.

I live with chronic illness.
Fatigue isn't a bad day for me. It's a baseline I manage.
I tried this once before, through a well-known pharmacy provider.

I ended up hospitalised.
That's not a medication failure.
That's a system that profits every time your dose goes up.

Today is my last day of annual leave before I am back at work tomorrow. Most years I have still not been able to stop work even when it is booked for university holidays.

But this year I have hardly picked up my Macbook. I have been fully present with my children and loved every minute of it.

Today I spent the morning at the park with them and now I'm preparing food for the week to put on the fridge and freezer so I am still able to enjoy the summer with them when I'm not working.
