Rainy days brought out big imaginations at Crafty Wizards Alderwood 🌧️✨

This week, the children built their own boats and became pirates, with a captain, crew, and even some music for their friends 🏴☠️🥁

Our little explorers also searched the garden for minibeasts and spotted a tiny sleeping snail and even a dragonfly 🐌🌿

We finished the week with movement and exercise, stretching, hopping, and reaching up high together.

A magical week full of creativity, discovery, and happy moments 💛

This week at Crafty Wizards Alderwood, our little learners have been enjoying so many magical moments in the garden ✨

From making sandcastles and building their very own castle to jumping in rainy-day puddles, every activity brought new opportunities for creativity, movement, and outdoor exploration. The children also enjoyed a calming yoga session with one of their teachers, helping them stretch, focus, and have fun together.

Moments like these make it wonderful to see new friendships growing each day in our nurturing nursery community 🌿

Good Morning Everyone

It looks like another wet and rainy day today, so don't forget those welly boots and rain coats 🌦

Today we are:
🐒 talking about animals and drawing them describing what makes them unique. Did you know cheetahs are the fastest land animal 🐆
🐒 building our own empire, can you make something as wonderful as the eiffal tower?
🐒 getting our singing voices on and singing some beautiful nursery rhymes whilst tapping out a beat.
🐒 talking about different transport in our small world road. How do you come to school? 🚗🚌
🐒 feeding the farm animals, what do you think they eat? Where do they live?
