DID YOU KNOW? Being judgemental comes from a lack of self within. You end up judging someone or something because you're projecting a feeling you are denying yourself to undergo. The next time you catch yourself judging someone, ask yourself what is it inside that is making you do this, and then set to resolve it. Are you disappointed because they didn't do something for you? Or because you didn't get your requirements attended to?

Remember, with judgement comes projection of your own definition, not someone else's.
