The S*xual Freedom Awards has nominated me as ‘S*xological Bodyworker of The Year’. 🥹 Posting about it here with you is my first move to celebrate - I’m over the moon!

This evening of empowerment and uplift, which brings s*x-positive professionals and their allies together, feels more important now than ever.

The coolest thing about this is actually the woman who founded the event, Tuppy Owen’s, who recently passed away. Her ‘S*x Manics Ball’ was attended by Princess Diana amongst other notables and her charity The Outsiders Trust - a charity which supports disabled people in their pursuit of relationships and s*xual expression.

This will be the 29th year of the awards evening, a spectacular evening of performance and play. It’s all to honour and promote excellence in erotic performance and s*xual services and celebrating pioneers in the field of s*xuality. All ticket proceeds go to fund The Outsiders Trust.

Whilst you can’t vote for me (it’s independently judged) you can come along to the evening and support me in person whilst having an unforgettable night.

Groups are a powerful way to receive coaching. It's where I had my biggest breakthroughs and also where I found communities that would continue my growth.

There are many reasons why group coaching is so powerful:

1. Your shared intention and actions towards a goal strengthen one another's belief in themselves.
2. It's easier to see solutions for another than it is for yourself. You'll see with fresh and clear eyes what obvious actions are needed next.
3. The feeling you're not alone but in it together strengthens your commitment.
4. Supporting someone else to get what you want has an extraordinary impact on the possibility that you will get it for yourself. (Some people explain this with physics and the quantum field and others explain it with spiritual karma or psychology. Whatever the case, it's proven to work.)
5. Even after the scheduled session is over you can continue to have support through the community.
6. You are less dependent on, or likely to get attached to, the coach.
7. It brings out your competitive nature, so you'll work harder and think more.
8. You'll have more inspiration from a variety of sources.
9. With an audience you fast become more aware of your own behaviour.
10. Changes your view of the world positively - you become more aware of other people's struggles and efforts to make their lives better.
