It seems obvious, but it is not! A lot of people don’t feel strong enough to be their true self formany reasons: low self-esteem, no self-worth, people pleasing, passive behaviour… And alsosituations where we don’t feel we can be ourselves.
It is very important to look around and figure out the reasons why we are not showing our realself. It is not a matter of sitting down for an hour to think, it may take a lot of time and a lot ofpainful realisations, but being able to be yourself is the best taste of freedom you can ever get.
