Today, we're diving into the first critical step: "Problem Identification”. It's all about identifying the real challenges faced by legal professionals and setting the stage for transformative solutions. Most importantly, it comes before you start building and designing solutions.

🔍 Here are some valuable tips and tricks:
1. Why Problem Identification Matters: Before jumping into solutions, understanding the problem is crucial. It prevents wasting time and resources on ideas that don't address the real issues.

2. The Five Whys: A popular framework, it involves asking "why" multiple times to dig deeper into the root cause of a problem. It helps you uncover hidden issues. Have a look at other problem identification frameworks as well to find one that works for you.
