We are so excited to welcome our little Pandas, Robins and Seahorses back to school next week on Thursday 3/09 and Friday 4/09. We are ready for another year of fun, creativity, discoveries and bilingual education at L’Ecole des Petits!

A very special welcome to our Petite Section pupils, who are about to begin their exciting French-English bilingual adventure with us, and to all the new families joining our close-knit school community.

Over the summer, our fantastic team has been busy giving the school a little makeover and preparing the classrooms with care. We can’t wait to see the children explore, learn, and play together in their bright new spaces.

This achievement is the result of the enthusiasm, dedication, and teamwork of our entire school community. Our pupils and teachers have worked hand in hand throughout this exciting journey, showing a true commitment to protecting and caring for our environment. 🌱✨
From reducing food waste in the canteen, to increasing recycling efforts, saving energy and water, picking litter around the school, planting trees and flowers… every action has made a difference. 🌿♻️💧🌸
We are so proud of the values our children are learning and putting into practice every day, becoming responsible and passionate eco-citizens for the future.

🎨Our Grande Section pupils, together with their wonderful art teacher Sarah, curated the most incredible art exhibition this year and proudly welcomed their parents and fellow classmates to “LE MUSÉE DES PETITS” on Thursday 23rd April.
The exhibition was a true celebration of their imagination, creativity, and artistic talent, beautifully inspired by the works of renowned artists including Natalie Blake, Vincent van Gogh, Paul Klee, and Katsushika Hokusai.
Every piece reflected the children’s enthusiasm, curiosity, and joy of creating art, making the exhibition a truly memorable experience for everyone who attended. Bravo les enfants !👏

Les élèves de Grande et Moyenne Section ont participé au challenge AEFE "ZE TOUR 2026 - Le Tour des Zones Europe", la semaine du 23 au 27 mars : un projet fédérateur et accessible à tous les élèves de maternelle visant à cumuler 21 684 km à pied, en marchant vite ou en courant, pour symboliser un tour de nos 4 zones d’Europe.
Les cinq classes ont couru au total 5.88km. Ils ont bien tenu les 10 minutes en relais, par classe, avec un bon rythme et bien encouragés par leurs camarades. Défi relevé pour L’Ecole des Petits, bravo à tous nos petits champions !
Le projet "ZE TOUR" a dépassé son objectif des 21 684 km pour atteindre 24 754 km, avec plus de 6000 élèves participants sur les 4 zones Europe AEFE.

🌟📚 What a wonderful World Book Week at L’Ecole des Petits!

Last week was all about celebrating the magic of reading and reminding our pupils just how important books are from a very young age. Book stories help spark imagination, build language, and play a vital role in every child’s development.

We were delighted to welcome our amazing parents and grandparents into the classrooms for a cosy and joyful “Story Time” with the children, such a special moment to share the love of books together. 💛

During our “Silence, on lit !” moment, the whole school paused its daily activities so that everyone could simply enjoy reading at the same time… a beautifully calm and magical pause in the day. 📖
And of course, on World Book Day, the school was filled with excitement as everyone arrived dressed as their favourite book characters and pupils proudly shared their favourite books during our special assembly. What creativity and enthusiasm!

We are proud to support World Book Day, whose mission is to change lives through a love of books and ensure every child has the opportunity to own a book.

A heartfelt thank you for your generous donations and to everyone who helped make this week so memorable for our pupils. 💫
