Emergency business help is being requested or the company will be folded within 30 days. My client with multiple SoWs contracts ready to implement with B2B clients, needs $6MM-$10MM cash injection in order to replace the current PE investors (at their will). You can take majority or full ownership of this of this $5MM revenue B2B2C big data AI machine learning company, with a plan to grow to $100MM in the next few years. The current PE firm got cold feet and might have made the biggest mistake but don't care and this is your opportunity to turn a few million in to a 100MM company. They are fully set up and operational... it's not a risky start up, it's a small company ready for hyper growth. I promise I would not risk my reputation if I didn't fully trust this CEO client contact and have past worked experience of them.

BluZinc has capacity for 2-3 new clients in Q2 as a result of some awesome people on my team and I need to keep them busy!! As introductory offers, we can consider offering contingency fees (no hire; no fee) for hiring our pre-vetted candidates that we proactively market out who myself and in some cases our clients have already interviewed but they hired a different individual with us or put the hiring campaign on hold and have given us consent to offer you these candidates for interview. Remember, it doesn't cost you any fees to interview these candidates.

- VP Sales / Director of Sales - Supplements B2B Sales - I headhunted and generated 352 candidates, recommended 6 candidates, and the client said 4 were suitable for hire. That hire has been successfully made together within 3.5 months from first discussing the job to the hired candidate joining.

- iOS Mobile Application Developers x7 brilliant candidates (reduced from 293 candidate generated within 2 weeks) - remote USA based - CPG & eLearning / Coaching / Memberships - hiring campaign paused

- Senior Developer - C #.net CORE web application development - 2 potential candidates - we successfully hired the job already with a client

- CMO / VP Marketing - Supplements or Training major growth in B2C/D2C digital marketplaces and eCommerce etc

- COO / VP Operations - Supplements or Training major growth in B2C/D2C digital marketplaces and eCommerce etc

- CEO / COO / CMO / CTO / CFO / VP HR - Fractional Consultants or Full time Interim Managers or Direct Hires. Our fees are paid monthly when indirect hires are working for you, not in advance of them joining. It's better to work with us on a retained basis for this level of direct hire whether it's confidential or co-logo client branded. With retained, we only offer candidates to you so you're not competing with our other clients.

Please let me know if you'd like a call to discuss or pass on to anyone you know. This is a very different the of service to Retained Search & Selection that I mostly work on but I will still be your point of contact, with my teams support. Often we are only retained for 1-2 jobs per client but place 3-10 individuals per year on a contingency basis as a repeat business loyalty offer and we know the client doesn't' waste our time and what they are like to be employed by or work with.

The Impact of Employee Onboarding on Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and Employee Experience. SMBs take note: recruiting and onboarding new team members is key to growth. Having a strong and effective employee onboarding process is more important than ever. Employee onboarding is the process of integrating new employees into an organization, providing them with the information and resources they need to be successful in their roles.

A good employee onboarding process is critical for delivering on a company’s employee value proposition (EVP). The EVP is the overall value that a company offers to its employees. It is a key factor in attracting and retaining top talent. A good employee onboarding process can help to communicate the company’s EVP to new employees and make them feel welcome, engaged and valued from day one.

One of the best ways to bring a company’s values to life during the onboarding process is to use fun and engaging activities. This can help to make new employees feel more comfortable and connected to the company culture. For example, games and simulations can be used to teach new employees about the company’s values. Storytelling and role-playing can help new employees understand how the company’s values are applied in the day-to-day work environment.

Onboarding shouldn’t be a diary full of meetings either. Experiencing the other functions and departments and learning what the business does isn’t just a HR thing. Managers and leaders from across the business should be invested in not only their own hires, but ensuring everyone feels welcome.
