Advanced Cardiovascular Methods can vary but first you need to learn the basics.

Long Slow Duration or Continuous Training - this method is carried out at a steady pace for long periods of time, for example a 20-minute run.

Interval Training is a series of low and high intensity cardio, for example 2 minutes at a steady low pace followed by 1 minute at high intensity (repeat 10 times).

Fartlek is our last method. This involves various intensities, durations, elevations and recoveries.
