Go to Appearance – Customize – Site Identity. Insert your Website name and tagline (short description). Upload your logo and Site Icon (favicon). Depending on a theme you might have some other settings to select, for example a specific logo width.

🌀Sᴛᴇᴘ 2 – Hᴏᴍᴇᴘᴀɢᴇ Sᴇᴛᴛɪɴɢs
Go to Appearance – Customize – Homepage Settings. Select Homepage to display: a static page – select your Home page (in case you did not create a home page – first create it, name Home and then go back to this section and select that page to be your Website Home Page. You can see how to create WordPress pages in the next lesson).

Go to Appearance – Customize – Appearance – Website Background. Here you can upload a specific background to your WordPress website that will appear on every page. However, if you want to create individual background to each page of your website – please refer to the next lesson.
