We are the Teaching School Hub for Barking & Dagenham, Havering and Newham. We deliver high-quality CPD programmes for teachers at every stage of their career.
London District East Teaching School Hub is one of 87 Teaching School Hubs designated by the Department for Education. Each Teaching School Hub has a specific geographical area: our Hub has a responsibility to all 238 schools in Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Newham. We hope to equip teachers with the evidence-informed training that they need to ‘keep getting better’ and make a difference for every pupil in our region.

Huge congratulations to all of our beginning teachers gaining QTS from Ambition Institute and PGCEs from Liverpool Hope University. We couldn’t be prouder and we wish them well as they embark on their careers in East London schools.

Huge congratulations to all participants who passed their Ambition Institute NPQs today.
Since 2021 over 1500 local school leaders and teachers have successfully passed NPQs with us!
