We all have our own unique perception of how we view the world. However, sometimes our perception can become distorted due to hurt and pain.
It is essential to be open to self-reflection. Through self-reflection, we can recognize the behaviors we exhibit and gain insight into what we might have previously overlooked.
At times, we may not be aware of the limitations we impose on ourselves through our behaviors.
To change our outer world we need to change our inner world

We want to feel accepted and important, and sometimes our Influencer-self behaves in ways that are not always authentic.
Often it's from a place of fear and uncertainty, not love.

Good Morning Everyone!
Are you feeling stressed and stuck at the moment?
Our thoughts play an important role in what is going on.
Our minds seem to be either thinking of the past or travelling into the future.
Creating a reality of being stuck or anxious.
However, the body is the only part of us that remains in the present moment.
It’s important to check in with yourself throughout the day to bring your mind back to the here and now.
You can use any of your five senses to help anchor yourself in the present.
Here are some suggestions:
- Take a moment to look around you and observe your surroundings.
- Take five deep breaths.
- Close your eyes and listen closely to your environment, identifying five different sounds.
- Use your hands to rub your shoulders.
- Use your tongue and count your teeth – It is harder than you think!
Taking these small steps can help you reconnect with the present.

Respect is something that must be developed and earned through one’s actions, choices, and the way they treat themselves and others.
It is not simply given; it develops over time as a result of personal integrity, and upholding one’s values and beliefs.
Respecting everyone we encounter.
Do you need to respect yourself more?
Once we honour and care for ourselves, we automatically mirror this out.

Focus on making progress that you are happy with, rather than striving for an unattainable perfection of what you think you are supposed to achieve!
I see it time and time again and it saddens me a great deal when I see how powerful and impressive people are, but they are unable to see this for themselves because they are striving to be someone who they are not.
We spend too much energy focusing on all the negatives leaving little room for creativity.
Don't waste another second on being someone you are not.
