Have you ever wondered how coaching can help you overcome your challenges and attitudes and achieve better life outcomes? Now’s your chance to explore these insights and contribute to important research!
As part of my Master’s dissertation in the School of Psychology at the University of Surrey, I’m researching how people perceive challenges and what helps them achieve better life outcomes.
Important Note
This is a coaching study, not therapy. Coaching focuses on goal-setting, self-reflection, and actionable strategies rather than addressing clinical mental health conditions.
Who can participate?
• Anyone over 18 years old, regardless of your background or experiences.
• Participants should be mentally healthy (no diagnosed mental health conditions).
What’s involved?
• A short pre-survey (just 5–10 minutes).
• A chance to be selected for two free coaching sessions to explore and overcome your challenges. (this is optional if you choose to participate)
Why participate?
Your experiences will contribute to valuable research aimed at helping others better navigate life’s difficulties.
Your experiences are invaluable, and your input will help advance research into achieving better life outcomes. Thank you for your support! Feel free to share this post with others who might be interested.
