You can not base your value on others' opinions or thoughts of you. Concentrate on yourself and put that energy into asking yourself the questions that you often ask when you want to know what others are thinking of you.

Your opinion of yourself is the only one that matters, and if you don't like something, change it. The change should be because you want to be the best version of yourself. Only then can you love another so you can grow together.

Love yourself completely so you don't need anyone else to validate your worth.

There's no such thing as praying for one. Prayers are multipled when we ask God/The Universe to protect and give our loved ones everything they desire, we are praying for the whole human race.

Sometimes, you just got to go with the flow. Life is beautiful and precious. Don't waste it on the what if's. Live it with risk, love, hope, and curiosity so you never have any regrets. I live, I learn as it's all a lesson in the school of life.

The only beauty that lasts is in the heart, soul, and kindness you show others. Never apologise for having emotions and telling them your truth. If they can't handle you at your worst, then they don't deserve you at your best.

So before the year is out, I finally put some words to share and describe the diwali party we had in Mumbai thanks to your donations. This was one of the first parties we had in an outside venue, with food, soft drinks, decorations, and a DJ. The children had a budget and took ownership of what would make it a great party. We had meetings to decide what the children wanted, and they volunteered to take on responsibilities for what needed to be done. They showed maturity and organisational skills. I was in aura of how passionate they were about making this an event that everyone could enjoy. The children and families of @happyfeethomefoundation joined in to dance the night away and get to know each other. This night was made even more special by our monthly donors @manjit_kaur4 and Charnjit being in Mumbai and getting to meet the staff, children, and families. They were also this years sponsers for the food along with their mother and sister in memory of their late father, Mr Rajbans Singh. For me, this was a very emotional time as it's the first time UK donors have got to share the love and warmth of these amazing children. We danced the night away, and @rameshwar_yadav_21 a budding photographer from HFH put together the highlight video. Thank you to everyone for helping us @2rayshope to get beyond our £3,000 target, which is helping to support these children to live a healthy, happy life. I have some exciting news to share in 2024, so watch this space ❤️ These words really don't do justice to what was felt, seen, and witnessed. I am beyond grateful for @2rayshope supporters, @happyfeethomefoundation for bringing these amazing children into my life and last but least @mansi9952 a soul sister whom I share love, a vision and dreams with. It's easy to say "I Love you," but the feelings and gestures that go along with it should accompany the words. Many relationships have hurdles, barriers, and hardships. However, they also have beautiful memories, fun times, and a sense of peace. So make sure your good times outweigh the bad and that together, you can conquer the world. Never beg someone to show you love, give you time or make you a priority.

This is your daily reminder that you are amazing, deserve love, and if respect is not being served, you need to leave the table.
