As I sit and reflect on this International Women’s Day I realise with more depth than ever why I am fiercely passionate about the power of women…

I’ve been shaped by the most inspiring, strong & resilient women who have fought discrimination, succeeded despite circumstance and never taken no for an answer, all whilst maintaining grace, love and the biggest heart.

From birth to present day, nearly 4 decades later - My life, character, image and potential has been shaped by powerful women.

My mother, grandmother, sister, friends, nieces, bosses, clients, mentors, coaches, teachers, healers…

The women who have impacted me, have created me.

Through their care, love, lessons and model of what’s possible & my gratitude grew stronger as this dropped in deeper today.

In my personal opinion we still have a long way go to reach true equality…and I sincerely hope we drive forward real change for women globally today and in the future.

I will continue to serve women to the highest level, skill and heart I can, because I believe the power of women will change this world.

It’s my passion, mission and honour to lead an alignment revolution & the rebirth of female potential for the new wave of women’s leadership.

To help women not just ‘have it all’ but to ‘be it all’ with full expression.

And as for me personally?…

I’ll continue to work on shaping myself to be the most expansive, brave, heart led and powerful woman I can…

I’m on a mission to END self doubt for women leaders.

It’s out of control and it needs to stop.

There, I said it.

I’ve had literally tens of conversations THIS WEEK alone, all with truly talented, epic women. Specialists in their field, with years of experience & credentials that are beyond exceptional (and the length of my arm!)…

All who feel some version of deep, very real self doubt and /or indecision.

It’s heartbreaking.

Looking at these women at surface level, you would never know they struggle behind the scenes.

Which for them, adds an additional layer of pressure - Trying to ‘keep up appearances’.
