It's now MindFit, which I think reflects more accurately what the programme is about.

It's about getting our minds fit for purpose. It's about recognising that all the results we produce in our lives are impacted by how well we use our minds.

Want to be more successful in your career? Use your mind better.

Want to improve your relationships? Use your mind better.

Work-In-Progress is designed to give you new insights into how your brain works, build your knowledge, and help you make lasting changes that will improve your life.

I understand that personal development can be overwhelming, so I've broken down the process into bite-sized, 90-minute sessions that focus on a single aspect of brain function each week.

This allows you to absorb new information and behaviours gradually, avoid overwhelm, and create lasting change in your life.

Through interactive exercises and a supportive community of like-minded individuals, you'll be empowered to discover new insights, make better decisions, and take action towards your goals.

You'll learn about the science of neuroplasticity, how external influences shape your behaviour, and how to set and achieve your goals with confidence.

If you're curious about my program, join me for a free sample session on April 3rd.

I can't wait to connect with you and help you unlock your full potential.

To sign up, simply DM me the word "Sample" and take the first step towards a brighter future.

Have you ever wondered how to identify your values?

Values are the guiding principles that shape your beliefs, behaviours, and actions.

They are the core of who you are, and they define what's important to you in life.

One way to identify your values is by paying attention to how you feel.

If a certain value makes you feel good, fulfilled, and energised, then it's definitely a value of yours.

For example, if you feel a sense of accomplishment and pride when you volunteer for a cause you care about, then compassion and service are likely among your values.

If you get excited when you discover new facts or information, then it might be that learning is a value of yours.

So, when in doubt, trust your gut!

Also use any negative feelings to illuminate your values. If you see someone being treated with favouritism, and you have a strong negative feeling, it may be that you have a value of equality.

Listen to your emotions and intuition, and be mindful of the things that trigger strong feelings.

These are the clues to your values, and they can help you live a more authentic and fulfilling life by guiding your decisions and life choices.

Remember, your values are unique to you, and they may change over time.

It's okay to reassess and adjust your values as you grow and evolve.

The most important thing is to stay true to yourself and live in alignment with your values.

This is the key to living a meaningful and purposeful life.

Here are the most common reasons for procrastination… and how you can overcome them.

And the last reason I wanted to share with you is… being so addicted to instant gratification.

Instant gratification can be tempting, but it can also hold us back from achieving our long-term goals.

You need to get used to delaying gratification. When you learn the skill of delaying gratification, any form of procrastination becomes miniscule.

Remember that the satisfaction of achieving your goals will far outweigh any short-term pleasures!
