Years ago, I was a teacher.
And every day, I felt torn.

Dhuhr or Asr — which one would I miss again?
Rushing after Maghrib to mark textbooks.
Jumu’ah only when school was closed.
Feeling spiritually dry but too exhausted to even ask why.

I hadn’t chosen this rhythm — I had 𝑠𝑡𝑢𝑚𝑏𝑙𝑒𝑑 into it.
Like many do.

Until I sat with a coach and did something life-changing.

I mapped out my 𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑎𝑙 𝑑𝑎𝑦.

Not based on productivity hacks or other people’s standards — but based on ℎ𝑜𝑤 𝐼 𝑤𝑎𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑡𝑜 𝑓𝑒𝑒𝑙 𝑠𝑝𝑖𝑟𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑦, 𝑒𝑚𝑜𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑦, 𝑝ℎ𝑦𝑠𝑖𝑐𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑦.

A day where salaah wasn’t squashed into breaks
Where Qur’an time was built into the morning
Where I could be present with my family and my Rabb
Where Jumu’ah wasn’t a holiday treat — it was a weekly anchor

That vision became my blueprint.

And slowly, with intention and dua and messy action — it became my life.
