This is a smart heating system which is set to turn on your heating when a guest arrives and turn off when they leave. No more asking the housekeeping team to make sure the temperature has been lowered. We have used this throughout teh winter months and have seen a great difference.

Having the right systems in place will make your life easier and allow you to breath.

Having your own business is great but without the right systems you are working more hours than you did in your corporate life. Don’t get me wrong initially you will have to work hard to get your business off the ground.

Understand your business do it yourself and then find the right systems for you and your business. It’s not a one size fits all. We all have different needs and wants.

I have been showing people how over time I have introduced systems and processes into my business which allows my business to run with very little time from me on a day to day basis.

How many people still use Airbnb to carry out their research when setting up a new property or location?
Thought this is worth sharing with people. Depending on what the host settings are and weather they want to share their information with you or not will depend what you can see on Airbnb as a host.
Far too often I see people using Airbnb and BDC as their primary research tools, you must remember that although a property is advertised at a certain price it doesn't always sell for that price, finding accurate data on sale prices is somewhat difficult and can often be a trial and error when you first start.
