Hi Beloved,

A lot has happened in the past year. I’ve changed and become clearer of my purpose in this this group. Thank you for your interest and patience.

Piers Morgan is a narcissist. Narcissists cannot deal with being publicly shamed. He played out his rejection from Meghan in the public eye, going as far to dismiss her miscarriage and mental health issues.

He will be back though. As narcissists have flying monkeys to enable them to regain their self exalted position. And being on TV in front of an audience is a great platform for a narcissist.

I invite you, to consider your own situations and experiences. Did your narcissist try to assinate your reputation and character? We’re you aware of the flying monkeys around your narcissist? How did that affect your mental health?

For me, I had to leave without closure. Without an apology. Yet since leaving relatives and friends of my ex, continue to send me friend requests on social media. These were the exact same flying monkeys who enabled my ex to sleep with other women. They collaborated to put me down, and assassinate my character. My mental health was affected and I too considered su***de. But I chose life and my life purpose!

In my past, I’ve accepted others in my heart, mind, body or life, who eventually rejected me. Rejection can be felt throughout the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

In abusive relationships, rejection was experienced as a lesser feeling of being kicked in my guts, or at worse, my soul being kicked out of my body.

After the emotional or physical assault, the cycle would continue to resolution. Where I would be in receipt of loving attention, affection and perhaps make-up s*x. But, a part of me would be missing. A part of myself would be scattered far away and out of reach.

Each new event, would make me feel less loved, wanted, admired, confident and more. In other words, I would lose more of myself.

I had to come out of those relationships, to retrieve those scattered parts which I rejected.

We do not have to reject ourselves, when others do. It’s their choice whether they want us in their lives or not. But I have learned, that it’s just too traumatic and soul destroying, to keep loving narcissists who reject me but still want to stay in a relationship with me.

In other relationships e.g. family and friends, I no longer try to be accepted by those who rejected me. It’s their choice. It’s freeing to care less! Whatever you do this year, do not reject yourself!

Man jailed for six years after ra**ng woman in train toilet 17/12/2020

I tend to see a lot of stories relating to abuse of some sort or another. Sometimes, I just read them and move on, as I aim to post stories here or in the group, which have a degree of narcissism involved. This story of a woman being r***d on a train, was hard enough to digest. Although, he did receive a six year sentence. However, the most shocking thing was that his wife was also on the train, and knocked on the toilet door, while he was ra**ng the other woman. I'm not suggesting that she knew what was happening. But, I question how a wife can continue in a relationship in which her husband can enter a toilet with another woman, and refuse to come out under the pretext, that he is helping another woman. Unless, he was abusive to her too!

Anyway, please remain to be safe on your journeys.

Children always suffer when parents have a toxic abusive relationship. There are many factors why women stay in these relationships. One of them is because we want to keep our family intact. In some cases, it is better for our children if we leave.
