Ever wondered what it’s like to act for TV and film?

Join us this summer for an exciting two days of screen acting, where young performers will learn the skills used by professional actors on set. From camera techniques and audition skills to creating believable characters, students will gain confidence, make new friends and have lots of fun along the way.

No previous acting experience is needed and you do NOT need to be represented by our agency to take part. Whether your child dreams of being on screen or simply loves performing and building confidence, this course is for them!

This year we offered students the opportunity to enter the National Youth Monologue competition. We are so pleased to announce that Alex, Rachel and Niamh received Commended performances and Cora made the Regional Shortlist! We are so proud of ALL of our students that entered. There were 4000 entries across the county this year - so competition was fierce!

Very proud to be visiting Buckhurst Hill Community Primary School this morning to award 14 children their LAMDA certificates - all passing with Distinctions and High Merits! For their first ever exams! 🌟 Did you know that The Walsh Academy can now offer peripatetic LAMDA exam classes in schools, bringing our nurturing, confidence-building approach to drama directly to pupils and helping them develop communication skills, creativity and self-belief — any schools interested in offering this opportunity are very welcome to get in touch. 🎭

We currently have limited spaces in our Junior & Senior Drama Classes on Mondays at All Saints, Woodford Green.

LAMDA RESULTS ARE IN! 100% Pass rate. 98% Distinctions 😵. From Solo Introductory to Grade 5, 70 of our children have truly excelled themselves this year and we couldn’t be prouder of them! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
