We could run the Level 4 entirely online, many do.

We do not, and the reason is simple: the Level 4 is challenging and robust. It needs to be to deliver quality into the homes of the families who trust us.

Some things, at this level, only truly land in person.

Practising a skill with your hands, talking through a real situation with someone who has lived it, learning from experienced tutors who can read the room and answer the question behind your question, none of that happens with reading alone.

The in-person day is where the knowledge becomes instinct, where confidence is built and tested in good company.
