Mate y pastafrola ...Mate is a traditional drink in some countries in South America, especially in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. It's an infusion of dry leaves of the yerba mate and shared between family and friends ; pasta frola is a tart of quince jam originally from Italy and adopted by Argentines...so deliciuos!
