Today is a reminder to check in with our emotional health—something that’s just as important as our physical health. In Montessori, we create a space where children feel safe to express their feelings and learn how to manage them in their own time.

Simple ways to support emotional wellbeing:

✔️ Create a calm space where children can feel relaxed.
✔️ Encourage them to share how they’re feeling—it's okay to talk about what’s on their mind.
✔️ Teach them simple ways to calm down, like taking deep breaths or having a quiet moment.

In Montessori, giving children uninterrupted time to focus is so important. It’s during these moments that they build concentration, independence, and confidence in their abilities.

🛑 Try not to interrupt—even if they look like they’re just "playing."
👀 Observe quietly and step in only if they really need you.
💛 Trust them—they’re learning more than you think!
