So another day done and its clear I need to up my game
Just clearing the bathroom cupboard was not a big enough goal
This is a gift to us all and time is precious, so for everyone across the world to be given time at home under duress we should make this a positive time
Empty those cupboard, play those records, dance on the living room, learn a language, read a book and get creative
We can do this and make change happen x

So, as many of you know, I recently started practicing as a coach, but as we are in different times I feel humour and resilience are needed now. However if you feel you need coaching through this current phase in our lives do get in touch.

Last night I couldn’t sleep dreaming about the amount of products I have purchased over the last weeks, months, years that I am not using or no longer need. From here on in I shall be posting the hilarious, ridiculous and sometimes outrageous products and items that have accumulated in one place. Too much. Let’s get back to basics and buy only what we need and remove the ‘abbytat’, we no longer need, in the best way possible.

So, day one and I am cleaning the bathroom and in particular sorting the cupboard which holds products I don’t use 😮
