Thought for the day! When the of your depends on you, as the of the company, you need to dig deeper into the depths of your own unknowing, to identify the blind spots which can be costing you your best results. So, where does the compass for your Self- reside?

In the competitive marketplace of life, it has never been more important than now, to safely navigate the uncharted waters of popular opinion, and it's all too casual .
leads to Conscious and that starts with first recognising, that Your ! 😎

In this post millennial information age, when modern day self-appointed gurus seem to be a dime a dozen, where does your self confidence live? Is it invested in the unexamined external opinions of those who you casually deem to be worthy of judging your value?

In other words,
WHO DO YOU TRUST TO TELL YOU WHO YOU ARE?

When our equilibrium can be swayed by the good or bad opinions of others, we lock ourselves into a self-imposed imprisonment that depends on the validation of others for our very existence, and that’s never a good idea, either personally or professionally.

It has always amazed me, how many people will listen to the uncensored noise on the outside, instead of tuning into the innate wisdom of our own understanding, which is only ever a thought away, and which offers access to the authentic path of freedom, self-confidence, and self-acceptance.

Endless libraries of new age personal development books provide an unparalleled access to shelf-development nowadays, yet I wonder, has the impetus to seek solutions outside of ourselves led us to the promised land of self-love and confidence?

Rather, are they diversionary cul -de- sacs proffering solutions which fail to deliver, masquerading as that unattainable missing link, which keeps the desperate seeker continue seeking, as clever marketing strategies line the greedy pockets of our modern-day snake oil charmers.

Genuine Self-confidence is an inside job, and silence and quiet reflection bypass the unanswerable questions, which can otherwise unwittingly trap us in the vain attempt to source that illusionary needle in a haystack, which no one has ever found!
Choose whom you listen to with great care, as modern technology and the proprietary seduction of social media, can allow any puppet to appear as the puppet master.

Yet, when your theme music stops, and the final curtain comes down on the show of your life, you need to be sure that you can speak up for yourself, and that you first looked into the mirror of your own understanding, before pointing the camera lens of your projections onto any other.

It's not Rocket Science! Help someone today- anyone! Have your day be about helping someone else out, and see how you feel. In a culture of consumerism, endless desires and attachment to having our needs and demands be met, there is little consistent happiness to be found, but to forget yourself and focus on helping another is to tap into the source of that elusive companion in this wonderful adventure called Life! Surprise yourself with the love in your own heart by helping someone find their joy....it's contagious!😍👩‍❤️‍👩💃

The language of the heart speaks louder than any words! What a beautiful story of our human family! Xx

"I saw this gentleman, Tim, in Boston's Logan airport with the sister he'd been visiting. It appeared he was both deaf and blind, as I observed her signing into his hand for him to feel her words. When he came aboard the plane he had been assigned the middle seat of my row. The kind gentleman who had the aisle seat graciously gave it up for him. At this point Tim was traveling alone. The flight attendants sincerely wanted to assist him, but had no way to communicate. I watched as they didn't flinch when he reached out to touch their faces and arms. They took his hand and tried so hard to communicate with him, to no avail. He had some verbal ability, but clearly could not understand them. The man who had given up his seat did his best to assist him with things like opening coffee creamer and putting it in his coffee. When Tim made the attempt to stand up and feel his way to the restroom, his seat mate immediately was up to help him. The flight attendants were talking among themselves and someone suggested paging to see if anyone on board knew sign language. That's when this lovely young woman came into the picture. 15 years old, she learned ASL because she had dyslexia and it was the easiest foreign language for her to learn. For the rest of the flight she attended to Tim and made sure his needs were met. It was fascinating to watch as she signed one letter at a time into his hand. He was able to 'read' her signing and they carried on an animated conversation. When he asked her if she was pretty, she blushed and laughed as the seat mate, who had learned a few signs, communicated an enthusiastic yes to Tim. I don't know when I've ever seen so many people rally to take care of another human being. All of us in the immediate rows were laughing and smiling and enjoying his obvious delight in having someone to talk to. Huge kudos to the flight attendants of Alaska Airlines who went above and beyond to meet Tim's needs. I can't say enough about this beautiful young woman named Clara who didn't think twice about helping her fellow passenger. It was a beautiful reminder, in this time of too much awfulness, that there are still good, good people who are willing to look out for each other.
