Are you hiding your beautiful authentic self? 💖

Living behind the screen, disconnected from my emotions, running from my fears and living in survival mode used to be my way of life.

As someone who suffered much trauma and abuse, my perception of reality used to be clouded by all of that past pain... Seeing others as a potential threat, constantly trying to protect myself from the world around me, avoiding intimacy, vulnerability and even connection with others is what I believed would protect me from further pain, sadness, heartbreak and disappointment.

But as Brene Brown beautifully says: "When we numb the heavy emotions (fear, grief, sadness) we also numb the wanted emotions (joy, love, peace)".

On top of that, when we hide behind a mask of some persona that we believe the world wants us to be, we shut down our authentic self and that in turn shuts down all heart aligned manifestations of our dreams and desires. This is because you cannot manifest who you are "NOT being". Every moment of your 'being-ness' sends a signal to the Universe broadcasting: "this is who I am and what I am feeling, give me more of that"...

So, if you are living against your authentic self, hiding, minimising and suppressing yourself out of fear, you will be manifesting more people and situations that will give you the reasons to hide, minimize and wear a mask.

The journey back to your authentic self is the most beautiful unfolding one could ever experience. It's like peeling the layers of an onion (all of those false beliefs, patterns, behaviours and choices that don't serve you), until you get to the core of who you truly are and how you desire to show up in life.

Opening up to this honest, authentic part of you is such a gift because this is where the struggles subside and you become an attractor, owning your power, honoring and valuing your authentic self and humbly understanding that all this unfoldment isn't just for you... this journey helps you find your truest home, your belonging, your gifts and purpose in this Universe..

That's when the magic of attracting joy, true love and greatness happens on autopilot; - by simply being YOU.

Healing trauma to manifest your dreams! ✨💖🍀

One of the things that very few people talk about when it comes to manifesting is that you simply cannot manifest what you are not. What I mean by this, is: If you have experienced trauma (big or small), chilhood emotional neglect, mental, emotional of physical abuse, abandonment, invalidation, gaslighting or any other traumatic experience, this could have left an energetic scar on your nervous system. Depending on the severity and frequency of those experiences you may have internalised many coping mechanisms and therefore live from the state of survival (excessive fear, anxiety, PTSD, avoidance, rationalising, overgiving, people pleasing, often completely unconscious to how different trauma impacted you. All this combined forms your energetic blueprint of self; - who you are, how you behave, what you allow, avoid and above all what feels safe to you. If you unconsciously associate receiving with "danger" or pain because in childhood receiving may have meant receiving punishment, judgment or else, you will avoid it at all costs.

Healing those traumatic blocks on the inside of you is crucial to manifesting your dream life.

Why healing from trauma is crucial to manifesting your dream life, love and lifestyle. 💖

I have been dreaming about living by the beach and focused on manifesting this for 6 years in a row.

There were times when I nearly gave up but something within me kept me going. I guess it was the truth of my soul that urged me to commit to my dreams instead of doing what I used to do for a good 33 years of my life; - abandon myself, avoid my dreams and true heart desires. It's not surprising. For a person who suffered narc abuse, I was unconsciously stuck in a pattern of self-avoidance, self-denial and people pleasing out of fear of losing the love of others around me.

What happened instead is that I would betray myself every time I wanted to reach for something and would choose to do what others expected of me; - my parents, society, culture...
I didn't know anything different...

Our childhood conditioning holds a tremendous power over our beliefs, behaviours and choices.

I am so grateful that my eyes were opened and my heart was awakened when I've met my twin flame who catalyzed my kundaliny awakening which pushed me intensly to heal from trauma and overhaul my entire life.

I will write more on how I healed and the unusual practices I created and applied to manifest my dream life.

I intend to share it with the hope in my heart that my teachings help you recconect with your authentic power and manifest what you love and value in your own life.

Magical! 💖 They say that children (before they endured any trauma) are the closest energy to source (pure love and joy).

And this is what happens when love meets pure love... 💖🥰❤️

As we purify our energy field and heal from trauma, we begin to effortlessly manifest the things we hold in our hearts (our soul's truth).

I just got off the call with my client who had a major block to expressing her desires, her needs and authentic truth (due to childhood trauma). She struggled financially for years, kept attracting abusive relationships and felt suicidal.

I don't mean to brag but rather celebrate with her, what's possible. After only 1 trauma healing session with me, she was able to tell the guy she is dating what her true needs are (she kept stuffing it and avoiding it for 8 months). The guy opened up to her even more and their bond strengthened. The same week, she received a cheque in the post from an old company who overcharged her on taxes and her current company offered her a higher paying job.

I used to see things like these from other coaches years ago and thought: "What a lot of made up bollox"...

Until this started to happen to me when I began my trauma healing.
I still wasn't convinced and put it down to coincidence...

Now, my clients share with me their success stories and I am blown away as to what's possible when you come into alignment with your truest authentic self...

I am super grateful to be able to serve men and women on this level.

Their healing stories inspire me tremendously and give me hope that even the current mad/ dark times around the world will be lifted as more of us heal our own inner traumas...

I do believe it's all connected because our external world is just a reflection of our unhealed wounded inner world...

And the more of us heal, the more we will be able to see the Heaven on Earth that we came here to experience... 🌏💖🙏🍀💃🌜✨🌞

I am not perfect...
Please don't judge me...

I have accepted who I am and converted shame, guilt, embarrassment and past trauma into self-acceptance...this gave me such tremendous peace and freedom that I made it my mission to help others heal from trauma too...

I don't tend to listen to Justin but when this song came on after my meditation track finished on YouTube this morning, it deeply resonated with me...

In this world full of drama, keep yourself in a golden bubble full of light and love. Don't give in to fear because you will be adding to it and spreading it. Instead, spread LOVE, kindness, compassion to tip the balance towards love on this Earth...

Everyone has a role to play.
Some are speakers, some are artists, some are musicians, some are light workers - holding the energy of love through the most horrendous stroms...

I came to figure out what role I play and to feel this soul resonance so deeply is truly beautiful.

Step into that, honor your truth...

Don't let others bully you into thinking you should be doing stuff that doesn't resonate with you.

When you shine your truest colors, you give others the gift and empower them to do the same...

There is NO 1 truth...

We win and manifest our highest blessings when we allow each other to be free, to think, feel and do in alignment with our truth...without hurting others or imposing our beliefs into them...

As I was coming home from my forest walk this afternoon, it started to rain and the most breathtaking rainbow opened up right in the front of me... It left me in awe... So magical 🌈💖💃👐✨

I thought of you all and every living being on this planet, feeling what it would feel like for us all to be fully free, abundant, healthy, loved and whole...

And in that moment I realized, we already are. It all starts in our mind, and the more we internalize this feeling of fulfilment, satisfaction, freedom, love and joy on the inside, the more we experiemce it on the outside...

EXPERIENCE what it feels like to be completely Safe, Secure, Loved Unconditionally and Abundant...

When I first posted the Root Chakra balancing tips on my Instagram, lots of people asked me to create an audio recording with the spoken affirmations that they could listen to instead of just read them.

With my background in Subconscious healing therapies, I wanted to take this a step further and offer people an easy way to heal and rewire any negative brain associations and limiting beliefs that hold people back from experiencing the life of joy, freedom and abundance.

This has inspired me to create a powerful hypnotic guided meditation that helps you rewire your Subconscious mind and anchor you in a high vibration of safety, security, love and abundance.

When I was little, there were a lot of moments when I didn't feel safe, abundant or loved. Sadly, this became the lens through which I saw not only myself but also others and the world around me. As a result, I kept attracting exactly the kind of abusive people and situations that mirrored my inner state of being (felt unsafe, insecure, anxious and associated love or receiving with pain). So my brain naturally kept me away from what I perceived as pain.

Through healing my Root Chakra I have also healed some critical parts of my wounded Inner Child because our first life experiences with love, money, safety and security are learned during the key developmental stages of the Root Chakra. If our Root Chakra is out of balance (either underactive or overactive), all other Chakras in our body are negatively affected by this because the vital life force energy (CHi/ Prana) no longer flows effectively within our energy field.

This is why I have created the Root Chakra Hypnotic Healing Meditation to help others rebalance this foundational Chakra and set them up for a life of joy, love and abundance.

This powerful healing allowed me to rewire my Subconscious mind, increase my Self-worth and start to feel much safer, supported and loved. As a result, I have been able to receive more love than I ever thought possible as well as abundance and support. As someone who used to be extremely independent (not allowing others to help me out of fear of being abandoned), learning to trust and receive was huge for me.

May your dreams manifest

1. Set an Intention
2. Be clear on why you desire it, back it up with service (to humanity, Earth, your family, others...)
3. Feel having it already and appreciating it. If it brings you joy it must be yours.
4. Accept it, receive it, surrender to trusting it's yours. Feel it in every cell in your body.
5. Release the desire as a kiquid energy - sending it out, knowing it's gonna come back in another form - in a physical energy. Trust the Divine timing, stop asking, stop controlling when and how it comes to you. Surrender and trust. Nurture knowing..
6. Focus on having fun and staying in the attitude of gratitude for every present moment in your life. What you appreciate it appreciates in your life.
