The Dragon Boat Festival (Duanwu Festival, η«―εθ) is a beloved traditional festival celebrated for over 2,000 years. Marking the arrival of summer, it is a time to honour heritage and gather with family, where dragon boat races light up rivers and celebrate teamwork and tradition. π
One of the festival's lesser-known traditions is carrying fragrant pouches, believed to bring protection and good fortune during the changing season. Inspired by this custom, we'll be crafting our own Dragon Boat Festival bamboo perfume charm.
