🌍📚 World Book Day at Our Nursery – Exploring Space Through Stories! 🚀✨
Today at nursery we celebrated World Book Day with a very special theme – Space and Planets! 🌌
Our little astronauts had a wonderful time exploring the universe through books, imagination and play. The children came dressed as their favourite characters and space explorers, ready to travel through stories that took us all the way to the moon and beyond. 🌙🪐
Throughout the day we enjoyed a variety of exciting activities including: 🚀 Space-themed story time
🪐 Creating our own planets and rockets through arts and crafts
🌟 Sensory play inspired by the galaxy
📖 Sharing our favourite books together
World Book Day is a fantastic opportunity to inspire a love of reading from an early age. Stories help children develop their imagination, language skills and curiosity about the world around them.
