Forest School at Kidz Kabin is now offering sessions for local primary schools. We are delighted to offer age appropriate activities using natural materials and woodwork. These sessions include whittling, medal making, jewellery making, clay modelling, mud painting and more. We will also learn about the materials, where they come from and how to gather them. On Thursday we built a shelter in the morning then collected berries and leaves for a special Japanese art style leaf print that we made on Friday.
We splashed in the stream too! We’ve had a fantastic week of adventures and exploring our natural surroundings at Forest School at Kidz Kabin. We’ll be back for the 2020 Easter holidays.

We made a giant spider web out of sticks and created our spiders out of red maple leaves. Don’t be too scared - they look very real but they’re not really!

On Wednesday we made our own mini pumpkins out of wood. We hung these in the forest for Halloween!

On Tuesday's Forest School @ Kidz Kabin we collected berries to create our own natural paint. We painted some Halloween themed pictures with our natural colours and mud!

We created Astrid after collecting leaves and sticks. Our nature friend!

On Monday's Forest School @ Kidz Kabin we made our own nature jewellery!
