正- zhèng- make right
念- niàn- thought
What does mindfulness really mean? Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens.
Or maybe, simply "make right thought" 😅

What do you say in Chinese when taking a picture?
茄子 (qiézi), obviously!
🍆🍆🍆🍆🍆🍆 (nothing naughty, aubergine can only means aubergine... Sometimes 😉)
Why qiézi? Because when pronounced it sounds kinda similiar to English "cheeeeeeeeese". Well, kinda. Like Chinese pronounciation of "cheese" kinda similiar. Oh well, anyway, details!
Just say qiéeeeeeeeeeezi and you will be fine!
