Celebrate Sara's results with me!

When Sara decided to reach out and invest in coaching, she was struggling with the following:

👉She had a hard time relaxing - she always had the feeling that she "had" to do something.
.And it never felt like it was GOOD ENOUGH.

👉 Despite the fact that she was really TRYING hard... she did not yet have the kind of RESULTS she'd been hoping for.

👉 Part of her was afraid of HONESTY in life, she was afraid of VULNERABILITY ..thinking that judgments would rain down on her social media posts..if she was too honest. That people would see her as WEAK.

👉 She was on the verge of BURNOUT, of losing hope.. and losing motivation.

👉In the face of bigger goals, doubt whispered to her "you can't do it" and kept her in her comfort zone.

The FIRST thing we did with Sara..is move from the head to the HEART.

We looked at her emotional landscape.

And she realized that she was MISSING the JOY, ACTIVITIES that really made her happy... as well as the FEELINGS of happiness, and satisfaction, creativity ..and that she is enough.

She wanted to spent more time with her family and for HOBBIES - without feelings of guilt.

We next discovered that it was actually old CHILDHOOD WOUNDS and MESSAGES of childhood that kept her back.

See.. she had always felt DIFFERENT in the family and struggled with the feeling that HER VOICE was not heard ..

Then and now ..in business.

We visited the LITTLE GIRL in her who still FELT unloved, unseen and unheard.

We comforted her.

And then also TALKED to the Inner Critic ..

Who had the wrong definition of SUCCESS.

Who HUSTLED and tried .. to help Sara be happy, successful - but forgetting all about JOY!

We helped bring more EASE into her system, so that the NEEDS of all parts were considered.

Today, Sara is celebrating some BIG breakthroughs!
✅Her relationship with her partner and daughter has improved...and she regularly takes time for adventures that give her ENERGY.
✅She gained complete Clarity and Fearlessness...no more barriers of visibility to prevent her from showing up powerfully and attracting her dream clients
✅Her confidence has grown by leaps and bounds!
✅And when she began to trust herself, everything began to fall into her hands...

Sitting in front of a villa in Florence, surrounded by Mediterranean growth today, I am contemplating the cycles of nature and the nature of running a passion business.
What got me here was a call from my go-to friend for all things life and spiritual who was looking for help with a EU funded project.
Ever heard of the saying »slow down to speed up«?

Well, if you are like most spiritual entrepreneurs I know, that's easier said than done.

And it might be either the slowing down.. or the speeding up part that seems so hard to do.

After discovering the power of focus and flow📷,And I suppose .. the need to go out, retreat from the online world for a week, slow down and decide on my next steps.

I have been working on my passion business so fervently this past year that I nearly forgot to also respect the gentle force of nature – and the nature of our inner world.📷
But as the mornings got chilly⛰️, I saw myself notice the call to slow down.
And decided to pay attention to it.

✔️I paid a visit to my 4-year old niece I haven't seen in a while.
✔️Started a morning yoga practice with my partner.
✔️Decided to allow myself to just. simply. enjoy. the. moment. And then restart.🧘

Because it is the return to the simplest of joys. And things that truly make us happy .. that the cycles of nature and looking inward seem to remind us of.

Nature is not all activity (called rajas in the yogic tradition).
Nature is not all passivity (tamas).
As the yogic traditions teach us, the trick is finding balance and harmony (sattva).



How does this translate into building a spiritual business?


The way I see it, it is about building the virtue of determination and the Soul in your business.🕉️
Asking about what both your Soul and your business need the most right now.

Taking care of both as if they were innocent beings that need you there every day.
It does not mean just passively waiting for things to happen on their own.
It definitely means building determination and focus.✔️✔️

But also learning to rest, allowing yourself to be guided while taking care of the needs of your gentle Soul.

And what it has truly brought you here to experience.

An inquiry for today:
- What is it that really makes you happy and balanced?
- What have you done so far to be happy? Has it worked?
- How can you do more of that? How would it affect your business?

And let this week be an opportunity to remind yourself of that – and take daily action that tends to both.

How the way to get what you want is to let go of that thing?

To come back home to you.

Deep, deep inside of you.

To drop back in.

Where you have access to what you want.

What you are really after.

The feeling.

Of it all.

Sink back in.

Into you.

And you will see.

It's what you've wanted all along.

It's what you came for.

It's what you signed up for.

Conscious creation.

DELIBERATE CREATION.

Control.

Don't you think?

FREEDOM.

What you've really been after

And the way to get there is all the same thing.

The answer is to come back home to you.

Inside.

Back home, to soul.

Once you do that.

It all just clicks into place.

But it takes practice.

Going past the shadow.

Bringing it to light.

It takes discipline.

It takes strength.

But that is where your power lies.

This is where the real “work” lies.

JOURNALING ON YOUR INNER JOY & HAPPINESS

If there is some imbalance / area of life that is causing you frustration .. get your Journal out and start writing down daily what specific problems might be there. And try to identify Fear or Attachment behind them.

e.g. I am afraid of rejection. / I am afraid of change. / I am afraid of how my spouse would handle my success. etc.

And once you have done that ..answer the following Q's:

What are the things you have done to be happy?

Have they made you happy?

If yes, for how long, and what happened then?

If no, what happened?

Can you pinpoint the attachment or Fear that stopped and cut short or deniedd that happiness?

What can you do to change that today? Share with us in the comments!
