Like everyone, I've been loving Chat GPT. So I've tested how it responded as a coach to me as a coachee - and the results weren't half bad! They also weren't half good. But this tech has a lot of potential to help a lot of people with at least the simpler, more practical problems. And recent research into AI coaching supports this - good results, if limited potential.
