💡 HYBRID EVENT WITH FREE REFRESHMENTS💡

With a title like this, how could you not be interested?? Really looking forward to Dr Matt Posner joining us for this unique talk! Check out the Eventbrite link for more details.

Even more exciting is that we get to host Matt in person so that means this will be a hybrid event. You can join online by signing up to the Eventbrite or if you’re at Imperial, you can come along to Blackett Room B630 where there will be SNACKS 🍪☕️

🌈 Online event THIS THURSDAY 🌈
🌈 LINK IN BIO TO SIGN UP 🌈

Our “Spotlight on Photonics” seminars are given by PhD students about their ongoing work in optics and photonics.

Undergraduates and postgraduates welcome, with plenty of time for questions about the research and PhD life.

In this talk, we have Santi Sempere Llagostera - a PhD student in the Quantum Optics and Laser Science group at Imperial - discussing his work on Gaussian boson sampling using a single-loop fiber-based time-bin interferometer.

DM us if you want to know more or have any other questions about ICOS!
