Behold 🤔🇻🇪 What if it were THE OPPOSITION that organized the electoral fraud in Venezuela?

Here is the list of "evidence" presented so far by the far-right candidate that claims that Maduro organized a fraud:

1. Alleged exit polls that show them as winners with 70% of the votes.
IN REALITY 👉 Edison Research, which published the most widespread survey, collected by CNN, the BBC and other information multinationals, is actually an American company, based in New Jersey, that works for the US government (they say so explicitly on their website). He also appears in the WikiLeaks papers for his ties to the CIA.

2. A website that presents YOUR supposed election results, supposedly with the electoral records supporting said results.
IN REALITY 👉 In addition to the fact that this process is illegal (the CNE is the only body authorized to publish results), only the "electoral results" of 10% of the 30,000 polling stations were published. Obviously those in which they emerged victorious. Worse still, some complain that dead people appear as voters on their websites. To date, the opposition has not physically presented any electoral records to the courts. Nothing but a void.

3. A report from the Carter Center (USA), present in Venezuela as an electoral observer, states that the elections "cannot be considered democratic."
IN REALITY 👉 Maduro claims that they already had the report in question drawn up in advance a month ago. We can believe him, insofar as the report presents absolutely NO serious arguments to make such accusations. The only argument is that the results and electoral records have not yet been published. The CNE has ALWAYS published detailed results, survey by survey, of all elections in the last 25 years. The legal period to publish them is 30 days. As for the electoral records, they are never published online (like nowhere else in the world), but they can be audited by the National Electoral Council once the tabulation is completed (which has not yet happened due to the computer attacks suffered by the CNE). Neither the Carter Center nor the opposition has initiated any legal procedure to verify the electoral records.

Who is the only candidate who has initiated a legal procedure to verify ALL the electoral records (those of the CNE, those of the ruling party and those of the opposition)? Nicolás Maduro. Now all the opposition has to do is ACTUALLY present the evidence. Given the situation, they only have two options left.
- Deliver the real results and thus admit defeat (very unlikely).
- Falsify the electoral records on a large scale and present them to the courts. This would constitute a serious electoral crime.
- Not presenting them because they do not have them, accusing the courts of receiving orders from Maduro (which is what they have been doing since 2002, since they have never presented any evidence).

So what is going on? Who is cheating in Venezuela?

Esto es lo que sabemos del ataque cybernético que sufrió el Concejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) el domingo 28 de julio, día de las elecciones presidenciales en Venezuela:
*Lo que se sabe del apagón electoral que pretendía sumir en el caos a Venezuela*

Durante el acto de proclamación como presidente electo, Nicolás Maduro informó que *el Consejo Nacional Electoral fue víctima de un ciberataque que sería usado como excusa para iniciar una escalada de violencia y provocar un cambio de Gobierno al margen de los resultados electorales*.

"Hubo un ataque masivo como nunca antes en nuestra historia al sistema de transmisión del Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE). El ataque continúa. Cientos de ataques a la página web del CNE", informó el jefe de Estado, quien añadió que habían irrumpido en el sistema para impedir "la transmisión de datos para provocar un apagón electoral".

"Como no pudieron provocar el apagón eléctrico, un apagón electoral y que no hubiera resultados electorales. Y si a esta hora no hubiera resultados electorales, ellos tuvieran encendida Venezuela (…) Ese fue el plan", explicó.

Debido a la gravedad de los hechos, Maduro pidió de manera inmediata que se activase el Consejo de Estado para evaluar e investigar a fondo todos los ataques al sistema electoral venezolano.

Víctor Theoktisto, PHD en computación y auditor externo del Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) para la supervisión y estudio del Sistema de Elecciones en la parte de software de sistema, seguridad digital, criptografía y transmisión segura de datos entre junio y julio del año 2021, explicó a Sputnik que *el ataque referido por Maduro se trató de un DOS (Denial Of Service – Denegación de Servicio) realizado desde la República de Macedonia del Norte y el cual consiste en saturar las redes con una enorme cantidad de tráfico espurio para evitar se logre transmitir la información*.

"Aunque es imposible alterar el contenido de lo que se transmitía, sí se logró disminuir las conexiones. De tal manera, que pocas veces se completaban exitosamente, ralentizando todo el proceso de totalización. Era una situación prevista por los organismos de inteligencia con ayuda de los operadores y eventualmente fue solventada, pero ocasionando un retraso notable. El ataque además consistió [y se mantiene] en un ataque permanente al sitio del CNE, a los medios del Estado, y en general a los servicios de la administración pública, como un ataque global y multifactorial al Estado venezolano", abundó.
