Had a great afternoon at the Environmental Business Network Live Show at Ashurst last Friday.

We had the chance to hear from a fascinating panel (businesses, regenerative farmers and environmental NGOs) about how businesses and individuals can support nature recovery.

We were invited to share our story about our collaboration with Ashurst and our circular model for food waste composting and urban farming!

Great afternoon running DIY wormery and microgreen sowing workshops for Ashurst employees 🌱

People had chance to find out a bit more about our circular food waste composting and urban farming, that takes place on site and take their own microgreen trays to grow and enjoy at home.

Alongside composting and urban farming, educational outreach is an important component of our model. Looking forward to the opportunity to share more afternoons like this one in the future!

At the London Fruit and Wool Exchange, we’re processing food waste from Ashurst and turning into compost, which we’re then using to grow microgreens (all on site). We’re also growing oyster mushrooms 🍄‍🟫

On Earth day, the Ashurst catering team prepared dishes for staff using our produce, to celebrate the circularity of our collaboration, through delicious, locally-sourced food!
