Really pushed session today with .nosset , he is rock solid and really really strong!
To train him I have to use at least the weights I use to train myself because of his strenght!

This is an example for the people who ask me how long does it take to see some changes!
Variants are many! What’s your lifestyle, what’s your actual condition, age, medical problems and so on, but one of the most important is HOW BAD YOU WANT IT? How hard you are going to be with yourself?
These are questions that make the difference because make you stick or not with a diet you might not like or make you do a program that makes you softer in the gym.



George really needs to put on size in the smaller amount of time to act in a movie, so no space for jump squat, jumping jack and other bu****it.
He is the one saying me ”I can load more!” sticking so much to his plan that he is using a metronome to perform the right time under tension on his executions!πŸ€“



We will keep the metabolism always running as crazy and the weights of his exercises going up!πŸ’ͺ🏻

Starting after holidays with .
He wants to really learn this discipline and get the maximum from each session!πŸ‘πŸ»
Our main target is giving him a proportioned and bigger size because is on his plans to compete, the road is long and painfull, but at the end is what we like and is what gives the best results!
With we are taking care of every detail to make things work at the best, and always adapting the program to his lifestyle.πŸ€™πŸ»

8 weeks of transformation

Very happy to post this fantastic improvement of .xv
What we had to do, was getting rid of a few bad habits, not much about junk food but it was more likely organising a solid meal plan with the right timing, fit the right meal that Danilo could have even when he was working as he always needs to travel due to his job.


Added a hypertrophic training with some metabolic points to his program, that’s why we could be able to gain some size as well.


Looking forward to doing better and better.
For now, he can go on holiday with this body instead of the one he had 8 weeks ago and that makes me really proud of him for keeping with constance his plan.πŸ’ͺ🏻

Welcome to my team to ! The lovely guy working in the cinema industry, and will be acting in a movie in December.🎬
We are working on a caracter that has to look like a giant, tall and muscolar, so here we are!
We ave about 12-16 weeks to put as much mass as possible in this short time..


The diet is settled on high calories, this doesn’t mean give to him 5000kcal a day, but always making sure he assimilates what he eats! So I created moments during the day where that amount of food is necessary.


We don’t have much time, so we need to jump the step of waiting that the movements become natural and train already with special techniques from the beginning unfortunately for him 😈
