Busy Bee By The Bridge Busy Bee By The Bridge is a small, caring and happy nursery school, rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. Open school term times. Flexible places for 2-4 year olds.

The children thrive in our warm and nurturing environment, learning through indoor and outdoor play in our spacious garden overlooking the river. We offer a diverse, fun and stimulating curriculum, supported by a highly qualified and experienced staff team, which includes specialist teachers for drama, yoga, karate and music. Through teacher-led and child-initiated activities, the children become

independent, confident and motivated learners ready for the next step in their learning journey. Morning session 9am-12.15pm. Afternoon session 1-3pm. Children can stay for lunch until 1pm or for the whole day.

This week’s lefter ‘e’ has been great fun! Playing in Elmer the Elephants jungle, small world wild jungle animals and lots of creative art. We have eyes on egg, fried eggs in a pan, fabric collages of Elmer, painted Humpty Dumpty and sparkling autumn leaves! Our numeracy is matching leaf shapes and counting leaves 🐝🐝🐝

Malleable: spooning beans, rolling and cutting play dough (for bakery), threading beads.
Art: banana, bird, boat and blue bowls!
Numeracy: counting buttons and pasting pics of ‘b’ objects quantity and recognition.
