We were recently lucky enough to provide Paediatric First Aid training to a group of expectant Mothers. Did you know that the recovery position for a pregnant person is performed on the left-hand side of the body. If this is not possible due to injury the casualty should be placed on the right-hand side with a towel or cushion wedged under the belly.
