Should you build a landing page, a funnel, or a website in Systeme io?
This is one of the most common questions I get from beginners.
People ask:
"Should I build a landing page or a funnel?"
"Should I build a website or a funnel?"
Or, "What's the difference between a landing page, a funnel, and a website?"
So let's clear it up.
Let's start with a landing page.
A landing page is simply the page someone lands on after clicking your link.
For example, if someone clicks your offer and arrives on your sales page, that's your landing page.
In Systeme, a funnel can have multiple pages, such as a sales page, an order form, an upsell page, and a thank you page.
Whichever page your visitor lands on first is your landing page.
Now let's talk about funnels.
A funnel is a series of pages designed to guide someone toward one goal, whether that's making a purchase, joining your email list, or booking a call.
The main purpose of a funnel is to keep people focused on one offer without distractions.
For example, imagine you sell an ebook, a $27 course, a $97 course, and a coaching program.
If you show all of those offers on one page, people may not know where to start.
Instead, you send them to one offer first.
If they buy it, you can show them another related offer on the next page.
This takes people through the buying process one step at a time, making it easier for them to decide.
Now let's talk about websites.
A website is where you keep everything in one place.
It can include your homepage, blog, testimonials, contact page, and links to all of your offers.
If someone wants to see everything you have, you send them to your website.
From there, they can choose the offer they're interested in.
When they click on an offer, they're taken to the first page of that offer's funnel.
That means one website can connect to multiple funnels.
The best part is that you don't have to choose between a landing page, a funnel, or a website in Systeme.
You can build all three on the same platform.
If you're just getting started, my advice is to keep it simple.
Start with one funnel and one offer.
Once that's working, create more funnels as you launch more offers.
Then connect them to a website so people can easily browse everything you have.
You can even add a blog to bring in free traffic from search engines over time.
Don't feel like you need to build everything at once.
Build one step at a time.
That's how online businesses grow.
I hope this clears things up.
