The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us about protection in marriage:

"No woman should arrange the marriage of another woman,
and no woman should arrange her own marriage.
The adulteress is the one who arranges her own marriage."
📖 Sunan Ibn Majah 1882 - Sahih

In Islam, marriage is protected by a Wali (guardian) to ensure
a woman's rights, safety, and proper agreement. It's about care,
not control.
