This week we’ll be enjoying the delightful story You Can’t Take an Elephant on Holiday 🐘📚 before getting creative with a fun ice cream-themed art activity 🍦🎨. Children will design and decorate their own yummy ice cream creations, perfect for sparking imagination and creativity!

A lovely mix of storytelling, yoga-inspired fun, and hands-on art awaits. We can’t wait to see everyone there! 💛

Day one of Half Term at The Little Yoga Art Club Camp: Create was full of water, earth and imagination 🌊🌍✨

Today we became winding rivers, fluffy clouds, raindrops and swirling oceans through yoga, creating our own flows together with friends. We let off steam in soft play, then explored the work of Japanese artist Katsushika Hokusai and his iconic artwork The Great Wave.

The children painted beautiful backgrounds with paints and oil pastels, tore them into pieces and transformed them into their own incredible Great Wave collages 🌊🎨

There was plenty of free play, crafts, laughter and of course a sleepy savasana to end the day peacefully 💫

Such a fun first day - we can’t wait to do it all again tomorrow at artsdepot for another joy-filled day! 💙
