is one of the youngest female Blackbelts in the uk and has been making waves on the UK circuit since her arrival two years ago

Having trained from a young herself , she knows what it takes to make kids progress technically and safely

INTRO CLASSES

At MMA LDN we offer intro classes
that teach the etiquette and basics
to help make that awkward first visit, or few weeks , fun instead of stressful

If you haven’t trained a Martial Art yet , want to try a new style or just want to double down on the basics then come and join one of our beginners course

We have 8 week courses in Jiu jitsu and MMA which are designed to give you a head start on your journey and propel you into our fundamentals classes

The courses are rolling so you can join at any stage and if you miss a class or two you can make it up next time around …

No experience is necessary and all equipment and clothing is supplied
