I’ve set myself a new target this week which will require a new level of commitment and being around positive people who are pivotal to supporting my success 💫
When I have many ideas (tabs in my brain), it can become overwhelming.
I cope by taking a break where necessary, re-evaluating my goals & cracking on.

My goal this month is to revise my finances & create a better savings system. Story time 😄 in December I downloaded my statements for September, October & November & I was mortified by my spending habits. I had created a glossy savings plan which I did not stick to. I saw myself spending triple the budget on food & a crazy amount on misc things!
Plans are great but if we are not reviewing them and being accountable, they are likely to not succeed.

This is the ‘Moto’ all 2023!

Long are the days when I’d make ‘New Years Resolutions’ with all types of plans which may have been unrealistic for where I was at the time.
I’ve learnt that it’s important to not put extra pressure on ourselves (life’s already hard) and to embrace where we’re at and have a positive mindset about where we want to be.
Here are some of my tips:
Reflection:
Reflect on what has worked and what hasn’t. Try to tweak the negatives and emphasise the positives.
Focus:
A lot of the time we make plans but are not consistent, therefore they crumble. Work on your habits and try to achieve something towards your goal on a weekly basis.
Organisation:
There is time! There is always time! Make the time!
Implementation:
Instead of scrolling through social media and looking at how good someone else does it, you do it and do it your way. We all have great qualities and people buy into our unique qualities.
