Oh hey, just me playing to a sold out gig along with my amazing fellow glitterati.

Holy nuts, it was truly one of the most electrifying experiences ever. I was so nervous that I could hear my heart thumping in my chest but the moment I stepped out onstage, it all disappeared and I just loved every second of it.

The walls of the Comedy Store are covered in pictures of the unbelievably intimidatingly and oddly comfortingly iconic people that have played there who all seemed to be willing us on from the walls and I was trying not to get overwhelmed knowing I was standing in their footsteps but today, I am taking the time to drink it all in and keep getting emoshe at the sheer size of it all. The pic of one of my heroes Robin Williams keeps making me 🥹

Putting yourself out there isn’t comfortable but damn, it is an adrenaline filled joyride of emotion and I couldn’t recommend it more.

Thank you and the incredible team for this opportunity. How far we have come Lynne since I bumped into you in that queue. 🪄

So I have chomped down on a little challenge.

On the 20th August, I am going to be performing a stand up set alongside 9 other fresh faced newbies at the At

I am having a slight emotional breakdown that people in my talks usually really laugh but that’s when they are not expecting ‘funny’ so if I TELL them I am about to try and be funny (I.e. standing on a stage and doing stand up), the funniness in and of itself will cease to be funniness.

Well, I’m committed now so funny or not, come see me if you’re in town.

February’s looking Joyful!

Even though it is still pretty brrrrr 🥶 and frosty, there are definitely signs of spring bursting through giving us signs of life under the hard ground.

Reminds me of how we start our year too.

January has given me the best chance to regroup and reset myself and now the amazing and I at are cracking on as 2025 is off to an absolute flyer.

💛 So many conversations about how we bring Joyfulness to brands, businesses, events, venues and even whole towns.

Spent lots of time over the weekend watching some of the incredible entries for the 😊

I cried. I laughed. I voted. I donated.

You still have a couple of days to vote for your favourite charity film too. The work these organisations do is staggering and what a beautiful way to celebrate and champion these amazing charities with Smiley and the awards next month.
