With the hot weather keeping us indoors, our Reception children brought the jungle to life in the classroom!

The home corner was transformed into an exciting jungle where the children explored, imagined, and played. They had great fun rescuing jungle animals trapped in ice, learning all about the famous Big 5, and creating their own binoculars ready for spotting wildlife on safari. 🦒🦓🐅

It was wonderful to see their curiosity, teamwork, and creativity shine as they explored the amazing world of jungle animals through hands-on activities and imaginative play. What a fantastic indoor adventure!

⚡⚡⚡⚡Year 6 learnt all about electricity in a fantastic hands-on workshop led by Emma from Fab Science. The children enjoyed experimenting with components, making circuits, testing materials for conductivity and generating electricity. They even made sparks fly with a Van de Graaff generator! ⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡

We had a fantastic afternoon at our Year 6 Tzedakah Fair yesterday!
After spending time learning about the importance of tzedakah and Rambam’s Levels of Tzedakah, our Year 6 pupils put their learning into action. Working brilliantly in teams, they carefully chose a charity to support, planned and budgeted their stalls, and created a range of fun and engaging activities for children in Years 1–5.
The fair was filled with smiles, excitement and a wonderful sense of community. We were so proud to see our Year 6 pupils demonstrating outstanding teamwork, creativity, organisation and kindness throughout the event. Their hard work paid off, raising a fantastic total amount of £811.93 for their chosen charities.
A huge thank you to everyone in Years 1–5 for their enthusiastic support, and an enormous well done to our amazing Year 6 pupils. You should all be incredibly proud of what you achieved together!

💙 This Sunday, 13 members of our school staff will be taking part in a muddy 5K run in Stevenage in memory of our much-loved friend and colleague, Sam Dembina.

We're incredibly grateful for the amazing support we've already received, and thanks to everyone's generosity we've raised an incredible £7,854 for Cancer Research UK.

Year 1 had the most amazing day at London Zoo! 🦁🐒🐧

The children loved seeing a wide variety of animals up close and learning all about their habitats. They also enjoyed exploring Zoo Town, where they discovered what it’s like to work at a zoo through fun, hands-on role play and interactive activities.

It was a fantastic day full of learning, adventure and unforgettable memories!

Our Nursery children had a wonderful, adventure filled day at Willows Activity Farm, linking perfectly with our learning about farm animals. They confidently fed friendly farm animals and loved gently holding the guinea pigs. They also enjoyed a fun and engaging Peter Rabbit show. After exploring the playground, they climbed aboard the famous tractor ride to see more of the farm. The day ended with digging for gold and cheering excitedly during the sheep race.

What a fantastic day we had at our Funday! ☀️🎉

The children had an amazing time enjoying our delicious BBQ, bouncing on the inflatables, cooling off with refreshing slushies and ice lollies, and getting their hair braided. One of the biggest highlights of the day was the chance to soak the teachers – there were certainly lots of smiles (and very wet staff! 😄).

There was something for everyone to enjoy, and it was wonderful to see so many families coming together to make such special memories.

A huge thank you to all of our incredible Funday Team, volunteers, staff, members and everyone who came along to support the event. We couldn’t have done it without you, and we hope you all had as much fun as we did!

Yesterday Year 2 visited Bracknell Discovery Centre, where they learned about habitats and food chains and even had the opportunity to hold stick insects. They enjoyed investigating different aspects of science and had great fun exploring and playing in the forest. Despite it being the hottest day of the year, they had a fantastic time and made lots of wonderful memories.
